Get your kids to eat their veggies. Slice potato very thinly. Mix through cheesy easy mac. Add small amount of milk. Surround with 'trees' - broccoli. Sprinkle on extra cheese. Cover in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.  Serve with lean meat such as these pork fillets. My boys ate it all!!!!!
