Os cientistas ainda estão tentando explicar a bela nebulosa spires.A do latim : "nuvem" é uma nuvem interestelar de poeira, hidrogênio, hélio e outros gases ionizados . Originalmente , nebulosa era um nome para qualquer objeto astronômico difusa, incluindo galáxias além da Via Láctea.
