#TBT I'll be back to this! [Read below] To build core strength is more than just to build muscle and see a six pack. Next time you want to incorporate arms and back, try engaging your core with this routine that will build real core strength.  Make sure on those planks you keep your spine neutral without letting your lower back sink. For beginners you can drop the dumbbell and just the motions. Learn the movement and progress safely!
