Non- dairy alfredo sauce. I remember half fondly eating wheat pasta with cow milk based alfredo sauce, licking my lips, and hallucinating/ passing out for a few hours. OVERLOAD This non-dairy version is vegan yum-yum indeed.
This would be so easy to make vegan using cashew cream rather than cheese: Baked quinoa broccoli casserole. Cheesy, warm goodness at only 200 calories per serving & quinoa has more protein than meat! Best quinoa dish yet!
