Yin for the Upper Body : This 46 minute Grokker practice was a very releasing practice. Yin is all about gently stressing the connective tissues. So you will feel a "dull" pain, but as you sit with the pain, you release it into deeper relaxation. The opening sequence of this practice was perfect: working the tension out of my *neck*, shoulders and wrists! Super releasing and relaxing.
