Cinnamon rolls in under an hour! Just as good as their yeasted counterpart but so much easier and faster to make. If you don't have buttermilk, don't worry! Just add one tablespoon of either white vinegar OR lemon juice to one cup (minus one tablespoon) of milk. Let stand at least 5 minutes (it will thicken and look curdled~that's ok!) then use in recipe.
