Frozen banana smoothie. I always let a few bananas go a bit overripe, pop them in the freezer and then blend them with peanut butter and almond milk. But I like the combo mentioned here w/ CHOCOLATE almond milk, protein powder (maybe use the Herbalife brand?) and... frozen spinach! Who knew? Can't wait to try this.
