Our thoughts create our perception of life. Be willing to consider new ideas. even just a little :) --need to try. If you realized how powerful your thoughts are you'd never think a negative thought again.
Anytime you get any sort of self-destructive or hurtful, negative thoughts, just remember they can’t hurt you unless you let them! Ignore those suckers and think of happy things like puppies and ice cream. ^U^ Chibird :)
