While i agree with a lot of what is listed, i do think raw milk and cheese are good if your body can tolerate dairy (however many people have a sensitivity they don't even realize). also, i legumes are not glutenous, but are incredibly difficult for our bodies to digest and most often are not prepared correctly. and to help with cutting sugar, try to use liquid stevia or yacon syrup (both are sweeteners that won't spike your blood sugar); remember fruit is sugar too so limit your intake!

Paleo breakfast “cereal” A small handful of chopped raw walnuts, 1/2 chopped pink lady apple, 8 raisins & almonds milk. All ingredients certified organic. :) *Edit: I made it a second time and topped it with cinnamon and nutmeg: delicious!
