My new favourite snack (or meal!) is these "chocolate peanut butter truffles" Dip bananas in the chocolate / peanut butter dips and place them on a foil on a plate and freeze them for 1/2 hour - 1 hour!❄️ Chocolate = cacao powder + some non dairy milk + maple syrup or a sweetener (optional)... Then the peanut butter = PB2 / PB& me powder (which is powdered low fat peanut butter) + non dairy milk again.  So good! And it's healthy! Eat 'em for breakfast if you'd like!

Instagram media by lindslovestolift - For dessert, I made a peanut butter marshmallow sweet omelette (1/2 cup egg whites cooked with 1 stevia packet and 1T #cellucor PB marshmallow whey) and stuffed with dark chocolate cottage cheese (1/4 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1T cocoa powder and dark chocolate stevia drops). I topped it with natural creamy peanut butter and a @questnutrition Quest Cravings peanut butter cup
