My new favourite snack (or meal!) is these "chocolate peanut butter truffles" Dip bananas in the chocolate / peanut butter dips and place them on a foil on a plate and freeze them for 1/2 hour - 1 hour!❄️ Chocolate = cacao powder + some non dairy milk + maple syrup or a sweetener (optional)... Then the peanut butter = PB2 / PB& me powder (which is powdered low fat peanut butter) + non dairy milk again. So good! And it's healthy! Eat 'em for breakfast if you'd like!
