Taco Chicken! Place about 12 to 15 boneless chicken thighs in crock pot. Add 1 cup water and two packets of taco seasoning. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred with two forks and stir. Very yummy! Put the chicken on a bed of lettuce or in your favorite tortilla. Add tomatoes, salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole. Delicious and easy dinner!
