First thing you want to do is take off as much soil as possible.
I do this right over a garbage or in a garbage bag.
This might be a stressful process for your plant so
Try to get as close to the root as possible with minimal root damage.

Next, I take the plant into the shower for a good rinse.
This is also prefect to remove the rest of the soil

I’ll take each piece individually and gently rub off the remaining soil.
I’ll also make sure to rinse off the leaves
