4. Tambu's grandmother, and grand father used to live in Chipinge. They were rich because of their cattle and harvests that they could trade for other necessities. Wizards, were people who did black magic, and eventually forced the people out of the land. They took people and made them into slaves, and made taambu's grandfather a slave, but accomplished to escape. The holy wizards, were missionaries, and taught Babamukuru , making him work in the farms, and allowing him an education.
The name Zimbabwe comes from Shona, the language of the Mashona people meaning 'stone houses.' It is applied to any of the 200 stone ruins scattered throughout southern Rhodesia. The largest of these is known as Great Zimbabwe, located at the head of the valley of the Mtilikwe River, a beautiful and magnificent setting.
