Soya chana dal Tikki: When it comes to healthy snacking specially in middle of the week, this one is my favourite.
Easy to make, as I make sure The base is ready a night before ( you can store it for a day or two) and on the day I want to make just add some ingredients ( as mentioned) shape it up and Shallow fry in pan , sometimes i even air fry them.
Soft and melt in mouth snack is ready for everyones lunch or snack box
