"All must die, but tis enough that her child liveth", these were the last words of Pocahontas, born Matoaka from the tribe Tsennacommacah. Today is the anniversary of her death happened in Gravesend, Kent the 21st of March 1617. I found out about this anniversary few day ago visiting one of my fave places in London, The National Portriat Gallery where I manage to shoot this photo of her portrait.
