Creamy Garlic Scallop Spaghetti with Bacon THIS. Excellent and will make it again and again. Not difficult, just requires a wee bit of patience to reduce the sauce. Worth it, but even rushed (guilty) it is so good.
It's something different today.. How many times have you all seen squids in fish markets and decided not to buy them not knowing how to cook them?? I used to, not any more. So much so that, it's one of my favorite sea food delicacy. Presenting Kerala Style Squid Dry Roast or Koonthal/Kanava Thoran. It's just plain delicious with some steaming hot rice!!
