I appreciate this way of thinking. That whole find-your-other-half business is such bs, and potentially damaging, you're two (or more, I'm not judging) individuals who are joining each other's lives. You aren't broken, or damaged if you don't have a partner, you're still 100% whole. And you belong to yourself, so be yourself, and don't let anyone try to change you to fit them.
"Even when a person is dead, bodily autonomy trumps right to life. After all, they still need permission to harvest organs from a corpse to save other lives. I just think that women should at least have the same right to bodily autonomy as a corpse.
