Pop Crisps + Hummus! Delicious and very filling snack! Pop crisps are found at Sobey's in the bakery section. How to add them into your diet: 10 pop crisps can be used as a carbohydrate option (or 5 pop crisps can be used in place of 1/2 cup of brown rice or a medium sweet potato). Use 2 - 3 tablespoons of hummus but drop a serving of pistachios, almonds or peanut butter from your diet to make room for the hummus. Herbed Sweet Potatoes with Feta     Ingredients:  4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into slices 1/2 inch thick  3 Tbs. olive oil  Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste  1/4 lb. feta cheese, crumbled  1/3 cup pine nuts  1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh thyme  Juice of 1 lemon  Directions:  Season the sweet potatoes  Preheat an oven to 400ºF.
