Egg rolls: brown 1 lb of ground pork in pan with a teaspoon of minced ginger. Add 2 cups of shredded cabbage, 5 scallions, chopped, 1/3 cup shredded carrots, 1/2 cup bean sprouts. Cook a 2-3 minutes, add 2 Tablespoons of oyster sauce. Remove from heat, let cool. Roll 2 tablespoons of pork mixture in egg roll wrappers, brush with olive oil, and bake for 7-10 mins at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turn and bake 7-10 minutes more. Serve with Duck Sauce and hot mustard.
