Compressor blade polishing made easy with the SPE blade polishing machine tool. It allows the precise finishing, linishing, belting and sanding of Gas Turbine blades. The SPE is essential for balancing the process between milling and polishing. Incoming milling roughness is increased (i.e., Ra 1,6 µm) with the finishing of the blade surface to Ra 0,5 µm with just one cycle on the SPE, whilst maintaining a narrow tolerance band. #gasturbine #turbineblade #bladefinishing
