Post workout YUM!!! I LOVE pumpkin spice everything. 😍🎃 THESE ARE SO GOOD! I've been sick with a cold which doesn't mean I skip the gym but I'm definitely lower energy. #peakweek dinner over here is 👌🏼 even while "low-ER carb" ( still at 100 grams!) Spicy chicken avocado salad makes my belly full and happy.  Many #bikinicompetitors are eating tilapia and asparagus...I'm choosing to make only minor dietary changes.  I'm hitting my #workouts like a boss, #posing daily and feel amazing. #pizza on @prep ?! YES PLEASE! 🍕🍕🍕 Tried cauliflower crust for the first time and LOVED IT!  But I could put fresh #mozzerella on anything and be a happy girl. ❤️ Always avoided this because it looked like a ton of work.  Typical Tab style I loosely followed the a recipe and cut out steps that made it much quicker. #busymom for the win! Ps- this will be in my new #4weekchallenge program!  Got the giant #costco bag pc prep ready cauliflower and blended half in my #vitamix to almost purée…
