Parc Güell is unique in that the tiling that Gaudí used is different in the various areas of the park. The wall of the park being coated in colorful tiles, while the edge here we see the color is used as an accent.
Here is the Barcelona Face done by Roy Lichtenstein by Port Vell. Lichtenstein created this structure as a tribute to the Olympics and Gaudí himself. The tiling here reminds me of the dragon done in Parc Güell in that Lichtenstein like Gaudí utilized colorful tiles to create a considerable figure.
Here is Parc Güell's most famous structure: the dragon. This figure is unusual to me because tile is used as decoration all throughout the park. However, the dragon is the only piece he utilized tile to create a figure.
This tiling can be seen on the infamous La Rambla here in Barcelona. The mosaic was created by Joan Miró. The tile design here reminds me of the circular, colorful, grandiose tiling done on the ceiling of the Hypostyle Room.
