Raw pie crust: 1 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut    1 c dry walnuts,    4 medjool dates (or 8-10 baking dates soaked briefly & then water discarded. The purpose of soaking is to moisten them if they're dry. If fresh & moist, soaking isn't  necessary.),    1/4 t  salt (do not omit!).
