Chili's Restaurant Queso 1 can of Hormel chili- No beans 16-ounce box Velveeta Cheese 1 C. milk 2 teaspoons paprika ½ tsp. ground cayenne pepper 4 tsp. chili powder 1 tablespoon lime juice ½ tsp. ground cumin.
3 Cheese Artichoke Dip: ½-Cup Grated Parmesan, 14-oz Can Chopped Artichoke Hearts, 1-Cup Mayo, 8-oz Softened Cream Cheese, 1-Cup Shredded Mozzarella, ½-tsp Garlic Powder, ¼-tsp Cayenne, Dash Worcestershire. Beat Cream Cheese ‘til smooth. Then beat in the Mayo ‘til smooth. Add remaining ingredients & Stir. Transfer Dip to Pie Plate. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 mins ‘til top is golden brown & dip is bubbling. Serve hot w/Crackers, Tortilla Chips, Crostini or Veggies.
