VANILLA ICED COFFEE- Cup of Coffee,Ice Cubes, Milk/cream VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP (makes a large amount which can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks to use over and over again for more iced coffee drinks!): 1 c water, 1 c sugar, 1 t vanilla ----

1 cup dry powdered milk  1 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer  1 cup French Vanilla flavored non-dairy powdered coffee creamer  2 1/2 cups sugar  1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea  2 tsps. cinnamon  2 tsp. ginger  1 tsp. cloves  1 tsp. nutmeg  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a wire whisk.  Add small amounts to a blender, blend until it becomes a fine powder.  Store in an airtight container.  To serve – add 3 tsps. to a mug of hot water, add a dash of milk.
