Beef Brisket and sweet potato fries.    Looking through the freezer, I found the beef brisket purchased for St. Patty's day.  Ooops !   Wanting to use it but not with the corned beef seasoning, did a Braised BB pot stew.  The left over beef, I breaded it and fried a nice crust on it and made into BBB sandwiches on Italian Bread toast with cheese.  Along with it some Sweet  potato fries.  Tasty !

It is okay to get a little lazy on a Sunday evening.  The shrimp egg rolls were from the box, as were the frozen stir fry veggies.   The thin sliced beef and rice is fresh.   A little prepared sauce and we were done in about 25 minutes.  About $2.50 per serving and within our 500 calorie meal (the largest one of the day)  So, we had a scoop of Breyer's Lactose free ice cream for a dessert !  It was a 1100 calorie day and all pretty tasty.

Ever grab a package of ground beef from the freezer 'saying to yourself, I'll decide what to with it at dinner time'.  Tonight it was a meat sauce over packaged three cheese Ravioli, toasted Italian bread strips accompanying it.   Dang, forgot the veggie.  Tomorrow night will have to be a chef's salad!

Brocolli, red bell pepper, red grapes, english walnuts, avacodo, mandarin oranges, celery, sunflower seeds, shredded cheddar and monterry jack cheeses, zuchinni , cucumber and topped with the sweet poppy seed dressing.  Yum!  An easy day within the 1200 calorie allowance.
