Recently I've discovered that 5am is my sweet spot for high mental performance.   I've been keeping track of how long it takes me to create content at 5am vs 8pm and the results are astounding! Not only am I much faster at 5am (30 minutes vs 60 minutes for social media content creation) the quality and ease of what I create is much higher than when I wait until 8pm after I am mentally depleted of all my creative juices. At that point I'm ready to call it a day and just watch Netflix.   When…
