Remains of the Swazey Hotel near the corner of Main and Green Streets in Bodie California.    Bodie is a California State Park as well as California's Official Ghost Town and is located between the towns of Bridgeport and Lee Vining off US 395. While 95% of the town's buildings have succumbed to fires and neglect the remaining structures (~200) are preserved in a state of arrested decay.

The Ryugyong Hotel resides in N. Korea. Work began in 1987 and was abandoned in 1992. At 105 stories, with 7 revolving restaurants, it would have been the tallest hotel in the world. However, word has it that is suffers from crumbling concrete, problems with the elevator shaft, and funds to complete it.
