What I love about the Powdered Honey YIAH Dry Glazes is that you can make as little as you need. I added 2 tbsps of YIAH Honey Lemon Myrtle to some EVOO and will marinate my chicken breast strips for at least 30 minutes .
A very quick, easy and delicious way to cook prawns to bring out their flavour. Great to spoil the family and impress friends. I cooked in a frypan on low to medium heat, but they would also be great on skewers on the BBQ!

YIAH Asian Style Pork Chops marinating for tonights dinner 2 tbsp YIAH Asian OO Blend 1 tbsp YIAH Asian Stir Fry Spice Blend 2 - 3 good grinds of YIAH Smoked Orange, Garlic & Chill Salt 1 tsp sugar or honey 1 tbsp Soy Sauce juice of half a lime
ZUCCHINI & BACON FRITTERS | YUMMY & HEALTHY - 2-3 Zucchini's (grate & drain off excess moisture on paper towel), 5-6 Rashers of Bacon (diced), 2 eggs (beaten), 2-3 potatoes (grated) & 1 heaped tablespoon of YIAH Thai Green Curry Dip Mix. Mix all ingredients together & marinate as long as time allows. Roll into a fritter shape & cook on baking paper until golden.
