Stonewall Jackson quote on the Sovereignty of God.

Stonewall Jackson quote on the Sovereignty of God. One reason he was never concerned during the war.

General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson. Jackson died from wounds he received at the Battle of Chancellorsville. Jackson and a small group of men rode behind enemy lines to survey the situation. Upon returning to his front line, his own pickets mistook his group for the enemy, and fired upon them.

Man Week would not be complete without featuring one of the best generals of all time, General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson.

Sorry, the revisionist nonsense in the above is just that: nonsense. The above was NOT one of the three flags of the Confederate States -- it was just a state battle flag. The Civil War WAS fought about slavery--the leaders of the Southern states were VERY clear about that, in writing, in documents that still exist. The flag is racist because it was brought out of mothballs in the 1950s/60s specifically to defy the Civil Rights Movement. Now THAT'S real history.

That's right, here is a history lesson for y'all that don't know lol :-) <<< Ask anyone except a southerner and they'll tell you it was because of said state rights and ALSO because THE SOUTH WANTED TO KEEP SLAVERY LEGAL. You need a history lesson.
