Pork Chile Verde...my absolute go-to meal!  So comforting and delicious!  I make it at least twice a month!  I get the four pack of pork sirloin roasts at Costco.  I also leave out the jalapenos or only put one in depending on who I'm cooking for.  Jasmine rice and tortillas on the side.
