Nature valley salted caramel protein bar.  Now I know some people might claim that a nature valley bar shouldn't be classed  as a protein bar but they printed "protein" on the label so that makes them fair game in my eyes.  Appearance:  Pretty small at 40g there's loads of peanuts and almonds visible throughout and a salted caramel flavour coating which covers the bottom half. Ground beef shredded purple cabbage shiitake shredded carrots scallions ginger garlic soy sauce Chinese cooking wine sesame oil white pepper black pepper white vinegar and sriracha.  Loved it and will definitely be making again!!
