Johanna "Anne" Mansfield Sullivan Macy (April 1866 – October also known as Anne Sullivan, was an Irish-American teacher best known as the instructor and companion of Helen Keller.

This rare, early photo of Helen Keller and Annie Sullivan was discovered in 2008, by a staff member of the New England Historic Genealogical Society who was going through a large photography collection that was recenty donated. It is the earliest photo of Helen with her teacher and the only known photo of Helen with one of her dolls which were important in her education.
