My favorite breakfast...I use fat free milk, frozen banana, ice and PB2 or PB2 chocolate.  It's fast and easy to take with me!

Banana Smoothie Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of 1 frozen Banana 1 cup of Almond Milk 1 teaspoon of Honey (more or less to taste) teaspoon on Cinnamon Method: Combine all ingredients in blender, whiz, serve.

Peanut butter banana breakfast smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie for breakfast. 1 banana, pb, cup quick cooking oats, cup almond milk - I subbed raw, unsalted peanuts for the peanut butter.

This PB2 Protein Shake is seriously yummy. Personally, I prefer my protein drinks/smoothies a bit slushier, so, if you're like me, I'd be sure to add frozen bananas, or at least some ice cubes when blending it. For bonus fiber, I tossed in about a teaspoon of flax meal. Variation option: if you want to go all chocolate-y with this one, you could use the PB2 w/chocolate, instead, and toss in some cacao, to get those bonus antioxidants!
