I hate #avocado but I know I need them in my diet (mainly to help my #osteoarthritis) so I decided to be brave and put one in a #smoothie. Recipe (serves 1 generously): 330ml coconut water, Juice of 1 lime 1 cup frozen mango Small handful of pecans. Blitz in blender for 30 seconds or until smooth. I wouldn't say it's my favourite (needs more lime juice I think) but it's creamy and you can't taste the avocado, result!
