Ingredients
• 1 carrot thinly chopped
• 2) 1/2 cup spring onion
• 3) 1 medium sized onion thinly sliced
• 4) 1/1 capsicum thinly sliced
• 5) 1/2 cup paneer crumbled
• 6) 2 tbsp Besan/gram flour
• 7) 1 tbsp All purpose flour/ Maida
• 8) 1 Tsp cornflour
• 9) salt Acc to taste
• 10) 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 11) 1/4 cup water ( add in intervals) Adjust the consistency according to your batter.
• 12) 1 tbsp green chillies
• 13) handful of corriander
14) Oil for shallow frying
Instructions:
