Legs & Shoulders Workout using dumbbells only. 🔥🔥🔥
    You will need a lighter and heavier set of dumbbells for this workout. Use the heavier for the lower body exercises and the lighter one for the shoulders. ✔️✔️👌👌
      WORKOUT METHOD 🏋️‍♀️
        Keep 1 minute rest between sets 💨
          1) Heels Elevated Goblet Squat 4x15
            2) Superset 4x10-12
            • A1) Squat to RDL
            • A2) DB Deadlift
            3) Superset 3x10-12
            • B1) Bent Over Arm Swings
            • B2) Upright Row to Fromt Raise
            4) Superset 3x15-20
            • C1) Shoulder Complex
            • C2) Bear Stance to Push Up
