Legs & Shoulders Workout using dumbbells only. 🔥🔥🔥
You will need a lighter and heavier set of dumbbells for this workout. Use the heavier for the lower body exercises and the lighter one for the shoulders. ✔️✔️👌👌
WORKOUT METHOD 🏋️♀️
Keep 1 minute rest between sets 💨
1) Heels Elevated Goblet Squat 4x15
2) Superset 4x10-12
- •A1) Squat to RDL
- •A2) DB Deadlift
3) Superset 3x10-12
- •B1) Bent Over Arm Swings
- •B2) Upright Row to Fromt Raise
4) Superset 3x15-20
- •C1) Shoulder Complex
- •C2) Bear Stance to Push Up
