Kettlebell Circuit 🔥🔥🔥
    Hey guys 👋 Today I have a total body kettlebell circuit for you. All you need: kettlebells or set of dumbbells and ready to smash it 😎😉
      Perform each exercise with minimal rest in between, following a circuit protocol.
      • Working time: 40 sec on
      • Rest: 5-10 sec
      When you are done with the circuit, take 2 minutes rest and do it all over again, 3-4 rounds in total.
