Easy vegan mayo! 1/2 block soft silken tofu, 2 tbs oil of choice, 2 tbs nondairy milk of choice, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp sea salt. Blend! Spice as desired; I added 1.5 tsp onion powder, 1.5 tsp garlic powder, 1.5 tsp parsley, 0.5 tsp chipotle, 1 tbs nutritional yeast. Chipotle ranch! :)
