Chinese Thousand Year Egg. Not really a thousand years old, obviously. Also called Century Eggs. Just jellied after being pickled in a mixture of clay, ash, quicklime and rice hulls. Quite tasty, actually.
Zongzi (广式粽子), a Cantonese steamed banana leaves treat. Looks like rice, pork belly, salted duck egg yolk, and more. And Chinese sausages and peanuts. Ive never right to put salted egg yolk in one of these things.
