Man Makers: Start in plank position holding a dumbbell in each hand. Row your right arm up, pinching your shoulder blade back to bring the weight up to your chest and sending your elbow straight up. Return the weight to the ground then row on the opposite side. Next, perform a push-up. Planks, so hard but so good. If you want a spot-on love handle workout, get in the plank position and move your hips up and down, I know it's awkward but you can actually feel it focusing on your hips and back.
