Boules au «chocolat»  - 3/4 de tasse de dattes dénoyautées - 1/2 cuil. à thé de vanille - 2 cuil. à table de cacao - 2 cuil. à table de noix de coco râpée - 1/3 de tasse de noix (pacanes, Grenoble, cachous, arachides…)  Mélanger tous les ingrédients et former de petites boules, de la grosseur d’une cuil. à table, avec vos mains. On peut les garder plusieurs jours au frigo, ou encore les congeler.

No Bake Puffed Quinoa Peanut Butter Balls - full of yummy nutrients that kids will love!  1 cup puffed quinoa, ½ cup peanut butter, 3-4 tbsp agave nectar,  1 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional, for extra crunch if using smooth PB), 1 tsp vanilla extract, dark chocolate (optional).

No Bake Puffed Quinoa Peanut Butter Balls - full of yummy nutrients that kids will love! 1 cup puffed quinoa, ½ cup peanut butter, 3-4 tbsp agave nectar, 1 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional, for extra crunch if using smooth PB), 1 tsp vanilla extract, dark chocolate (optional).

1c oats1/4c quinoa + 3/4c H2O1/4c shredded coconut1/3c no salt sunflowerseeds1/2 c chocchips1/3c dried cherries/raisin/cranberries1tsp vanilla 1/2tsp salt1 tbsp PB1/3c honey Cook quinoa w/ water. Fluff. add sunflower seeds, oats, dried cherries  coconut to quinoa, mix Bring honey to a simmer on stove stir in vanilla pour on top of nuts seeds. Mix Let cool, then add chocchips, PB  salt. Mix well with hands so PB is evenly dispersed, Chill 1hr  wet hands roll into balls. chill 2hrs until firm
