It's a NEW week!  No matter what you did or did not do this past week start this one enthusiastically.  Make the decision to fill yourself with energy and set goals RIGHT NOW.  Fear of failure often holds us back from even stating our goals.  It scares us to think that we may NOT reach them.  Well I am here to tell you that will happen A LOT and you must learn to embrace the falls.  If you can't learn that you will continue to stay stuck. #selfpeptalk

Weekends can be challenging when it comes to health goals.  The MN State Fair is starting.  Summer is coming to an end.  The weekend is just an easy time to say "screw it".  Even though you may indulge a bit now and then (or maybe a lot...often...hehe)...don't quit.  Quitting will only guarantee that you will never reach your goals.  Pick yourself up and keep going because...think about...what's the alternative? #
