Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken  2 c panko    2 c pretzel   1/2 c olive oil  1/2 c Dijon mustard  1/3  honey   1/4 c bottled water  3 T red wine vinegar  salt and pepper  1 + 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts  1/2 cup flour  Mix panko and flour.  Mix other ingredients in separate bowl.  Pound out chicken.  Dip in honey mustard and then crumbs.  Bake at 400 for 20-25 min
