#365Food: My lentil salad that works with most types of food. Ingredients: 2dl green lentils, 1 red onion, 3 pieces of sundried tomatoes, oil, lemon juice and seasoning. Boil lentils, chop onion and tomatoes. Mix oil and lemon juice with spices (I chose black pepper and Italian salad mix) Mix it all in a bowl. Refrigerate and serve with dinner. Should give you enough for a couple of meals depending on how much you want to eat. Edible for about a week.
