- This is my two pieces birthday cake made by me! Crown was made with 24 "gold" (home made fondant) with "true" paited pearls. To make it I used Baroque Fondant Mold, small daisy mold and royal icin as a glue. Red velvet pillow it's red velvet cake filled with mascarpone creme cheese with wipped cream and jello gems! This cake is iced all in buttercream with fondant flowers/vines. I "caulked" the tiers so that there is no borders to give it a very clean look. I used a ball tool and foam pad to give the flower more dimension.
