If you only let go of one or two of the following things, you can live a happier life. I used to think if I had a bigger closet or more kitchen cabinets, I’d be happier. While some of those things could contribute to your happiness in some cases, subtracting things that contribute to your life in a negative way have the potential to make you happier than constantly trying to add more.
