Credit -- ffeedmeimei Pink pineapple from @pinkglowpineapple on instagram RECIPE • Mix together 1/2 cup pineapple, 2 tbsp sugar & 2 tbsp pineapple juice. • Microwave for 1.5 min and blend into a purée. • Mix in 3 tbsp tapioca starch & 1-2 dropsred food coloring (optional). • Microwave 1 min & let cool for 1-2 min. • Mix in/knead tapioca starch in small batches until it's not sticky to the touch (1 used ~1cup). • Cut into small pieces & roll into boba • Boil for 20 min & let sit covered for 20 min • Drain boba and quickly rinse in cold water • Soak in sugar (I used 1-2 tbsp) • Add boba and ice to cup, then pour milk (1 blended milk, pink pineapple & sugar)
