Ingredients : 1 small full Gobi florets 250 gms besan 1 tps curd 150 gms all purpose flour 1 tos Turmeric powder 1 tps red chillie powder 1 tos cumin powder 1 tps chillie flakes 1/2 baking soda Vegetable oil deep frying Salt to taste Handfull of fresh coriander leaves 4 tbs water (add water according to your requirements and quantities don't make the batter to flowy the consistency has to be little thick )
