• Did this circuit the other day, and it felt so good! Don’t forget to train your chest - it’s literally in the middle of your body, so if you’re not training it, you’re missing out. And your body is missing a critical area of strength. It doesn’t mean you need to go and lift massive weights: but a few weights & band workouts will help strengthen your chest muscles (and, no, you won’t get huge and manly from this - it takes a lot more to get there!). Who is trying this with me 💪?
